FAQ

  • How often do you release new work?

    We usually try to put out a handful of new items in the shop towards the end of each month. Please follow us on instagram @sanamastudios or sign up for our mailing list for upcoming sales info


    Are you taking commission work?

    Yes, we do take commission requests. If you missed out on a sale and would like something similar to what you see in the shop, shoot us a message!

    Full payment or a 50% non-refundable downpayment is due first. Turnaround time is approximately 4 weeks (not including shipping time)


    How long will it take to receive my order?

    In stock items will be sent out within 3 business days ( M-F, holiday season may take a bit longer). Once shipped most orders take anywhere from 3 to 7 business days to arrive depending on where you live. This may take longer for international orders.


    Where is my order?

    Once a shipping label is created, an automated message will be sent out with a tracking number so you can keep an eye on the status of your package. If you did not recieve a tracking number, please check your spam folder or reach out to us and we will happily provide you with one. Please be aware of when your package arrival date. In the event a package is returned to us because delivery was attempted/missed, unclaimed/never picked up or never rescheduled for delivery, we will be happy to ship the package back to you at the original shipping fee. 

    • Why was my order returned to sender?

       

      - If you entered your address incorrectly at checkout, the carrier may not be able to deliver and eventually return the package to us, so please make sure you fill out your information in the corrrect fields at checkout. In this case, we are happy to ship it back to you at the original shipping cost. 
    • - Delivery of your package may have been attempted, but no one was availble to sign for the release. Usually a notice is left at the door to either reschedule a delivery or pickup before the "return to sender" deadline. If you were unable to reschedule or claim the package by the date on the notice, your package will be returned to us


    Why is there a signature release on my package?

    To avoid package thefts, we require a signature release on all of our high value packages to insure that someone recieves it at the address provided. We have no control over package thefts, missed deliveries or unclaimed packages, so please be on the lookout for your pacakge with the tracking info provided or have someone available to sign/recieve or pick up for you. 


    Do you repair damaged work?

    Yes we do. However, if you would like us to repair any damaged work, please do not attempt to glue or fix broken parts together as this will make the repair more difficult (adding to the cost of repair). Collect all broken pieces, send us a message and attach images of the damage so we can discuss next steps. =)


    What is your return and exchange policy?

    Unfortunately, there are no returns or exchanges on items from the shop. All the work aside from the enamel pins are handmade items and no one is exactly the same.


    Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

    Yes, we do ship internationally. We charge a flat rate of $90, but will refund the difference once a label is created. Recent international packages we have sent out ranges $50-80+ Import taxes and duties are the responsibility of the buyer. Unfortunately, we cannot mark the package as a gift.
